RETURN POLICY

  • Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of delivery
  • Merchandise must be unused
  • Merchandise must have all original packaging

SHIPPING

We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.

Please allow 24-48 business hours to process your order.  

Recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  International orders are not guaranteed to ship within 2 business days because additional verification is often necessary. Please allow up to 20 business days for delivery. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to customs or any other reason.

TAXES AND DUTIES: All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package and on rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of a package.

CURRENCY CONVERSIONS: The prices listed on our site are in US dollars and charged in US dollars.  Your bank will determine the exact exchange rate when you pay, and it should match closely with the going exchange rates.
